From the station
Our hotel is near Roma Termini train station – only 300m walking distance (see the map above).
From the highway
> From A1 Roma/Milano highway (30km), take exit Grande Raccordo Anulare/Via Salaria, go towards Roma city centre.
> From A2 Roma/Napoli highway (25km), exit Grande Raccordo Anulare/Via Tuscolana, go towards Roma city centre.
From the airport
From Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (35km), take the train Leonardo Express to the Roma Termini train station, available every 30 minutes.
Registration Desk
The Organizing Secretariat will be available on-site from March 2 to March 4, as follows:
Thursday, March 2 13.00 – 20.30 hrs
Friday, March 3 08.00 – 20.00 hrs
Saturday, March 4 08.00 – 14.00 hrs
Language
The official language of the Course will be English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Course badges
A badge will be provided on-site together with the Course kit. Participants are kindly requested to always wear their name badge during the Course.
